Who we are

Arlow Design is a trading name of Arlow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15451125), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Arlow Ltd is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your personal data, email hello@arlowdesign.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business, your email address or phone number, and your message. We don’t ask for anything else and we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and arrange that work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before a contract.

Who else sees it

We never sell or share your details for marketing. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, and replies are handled through our email provider, Microsoft 365. Both act only on our instructions. Netlify may store form data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. Our web pages also load fonts from Google, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page opens.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep it for as long as we need it for the work and for our business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@arlowdesign.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
